Jameson Ranch Camp has a long tradition of excellence in camping. Bordering the Sequoia National Forest, near the town of Glennville, the ranch has been home to the Jameson family for four generations. We serve kids ages 6-15, and include an excellent leadership program for teens 16 and up. At JRC, campers have the opportunity to learn what it’s like to live on a self-sustaining cattle ranch. Our daily activities, horseback riding, archery, canoeing, rock climbing, and hiking keep our campers happy and active.
Children have the opportunity within our two-week program to choose the activities they wish to experience, and refine their skills. Our small size allows each counselor to get to know every child; the ratio is 5 campers to 1 counselor. We pride ourselves on creating a family away from home where campers can relax and truly be themselves.
