Emus, crocodiles and frogs -- oh my! Experience the magic of "The Land Down Under" in this performance inspired by Australian Aboriginal folktales. Learn more about some truly unusual animals as a mother platypus tries to get her young one to sleep by sharing three stories from the Australian Dreamtime. In these "How and Why" tales, you'll learn how the emu became a flightless bird and why the platypus looks so strange. In the final story, you'll meet a giant, bloated, ocean-swallowing frog, and perhaps get invited onstage to help bring the water back! Rod Puppets. Recommended for ages 4 & up. Tickets: $15/general admission, $10/PST members.
