Bring your family to the Gardner Museum for special activities each day. Stop by the Education Studio to create your own snowy winter flower out of everyday drinking cups, or try weaving a yarn flowers on a small plastic loom. Make your way to the Greenhouse Classroom to create a puffy garden leaf out of glitter paper, cotton batting and yarn, a great project to introduce simple sewing techniques to young hands. Take a seat by the Courtyard to observe and draw flowers, plants and architectural designs—then emboss your drawings in foil. Discover beautiful flowers and greenery depicted in works of art in the Museum's collection. Join Margaret Moody of the Galapagos Puppet Theater in Calderwood Hall for two exciting performances of The Trolls and the Tree each day on Monday, February 18 and Wednesday, February 20.
