Description
Listen to an array of holiday classics from both the Band and the Choral Society. The band will perform two of Leroy Anderson’s Christmas standbys, “Christmas Festival” and “Sleigh Ride”, as well as a medley of Hanukkah and traditional Jewish folk songs in “Rhapsody for Hanukkah”. Audience members will be invited to join the two groups as they perform the “Hallelujah Chorus” from Handel’s Messiah. Holiday Pops with the Wakefield Choral Society and the Middlesex Concert Band is on Saturday, December 8 at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $15 for reserved seating and $10 at the door.
