Description
Join the fun in the historic 1903 Green Briar Jam Kitchen in East Sandwich and make your own batch of something special to take home. All materials are provided, and participants take home 4 to 6 jars of finished product. On January 5 make cherry apricot jam; January 19 make cranberry conserve; February 2 make apple pie jam; February 16 make winter jam. The fee per workshop is $30 for members of the Thornton W. Burgess Society, $40 for non-members. Fees include one adult and one child in the family workshops. Children must be six years old to work in the kitchen. Paid advance registration is required.
