Description
Longfellow House–Washington’s Headquarters is happy to invite everyone to a special Holiday Open House. Visitors will be transported back in time to experience a Victorian Christmas at the Longfellow house. The home will feature traditional holiday decorations and visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the history of one of the nation’s favorite holidays. Tours will be offered every fifteen minutes throughout the event and visitors are asked to RSVP at WinterAt105@gmail.com. In addition there will be an opportunity for kids of all ages to make traditional holiday crafts and to create some decorations of their own in the historic Longfellow carriage house. Light refreshments will be served.
